How much NAD+ is in a vial, and how sellers say so
There is one number you need before any NAD+ price can be compared with any other: how many milligrams the money buys. It is the denominator of every sum on this site, and it is the number sellers are least likely to print.
250 of the 376 prices we read say nothing about a dose at all, and that absence is easy to see. This page is about the other 126 — the ones that do say something. They say it in 56 different forms, and only 25 of those 56 put a milligram total within reach. The rest state a strength with no volume, a volume with no strength, a dose with no count, a range, a ceiling, or a bare figure with nothing saying what it is a quantity of.
Every one of the 56 was read and ruled on individually. Nothing below is parsed: a rule that turned “1000 MG/ML” into a thousand milligrams would produce a figure that looks stated and was invented, which is the one thing this site exists not to do.
The question a price is supposed to answer
A price becomes a cost per milligram when two things sit on the same page: what you pay, and how many milligrams that payment delivers. The first is nearly always printed — it is what a shop is for. The second is a supply fact, and a great many sellers treat it as a detail for after the consultation.
So the question this page asks of every dose line is narrow and mechanical: can a reader get a milligram total for the thing being sold out of these words alone? Not whether the dose is sensible, not whether it is the right amount for anyone — those are clinical questions and this site does not answer them. Only whether the arithmetic has both of its operands.

Every line is quoted byte for byte as lib/providers.ts holds it, which is how the seller printed it on the page we read on September 2026. The ruling is ours; the words are theirs. Lines are grouped by shape in the declared precedence order, then by how many prices carry them.
The Prices column counts distinct figures: 32 prices in the roster are the same figure seen on a second surface and are not counted twice. A line carried by several sellers is several sellers writing the same words, not one seller counted more than once.
A complete dose line does not rescue an incomplete price
Getting a milligram total out of the dose line is necessary and it is nowhere near sufficient. 57 distinct prices have a dose line that reaches a total. Only 14 of them ended up with a cost per milligram on this site.
27 were refused for something in the price, not the dose: 10 because the figure is a first-period price, which is not what the unit costs from the second month on, 9 because the seller states a strength and a billing cycle but never how many of the unit the cycle buys, 4 because the figure is a “from” or “starting at” price, so the milligrams attach to a number nobody is necessarily charged, 2 because the page states more than one cycle for this figure and never says which one governs, 1 because the seller’s own words put the billing cycle and the supply on different clocks and 1 because the milligrams are stated for the subscription plan but not for the one-off purchase. The remaining 16 never entered the ruling at all — a figure that exists only in the page markup, or one whose kind could not be decided, is not refused; it was never eligible.
And four prices went the other way
4 prices went the other way: this site divided them even though their dose line, on its own, says nothing about the unit. In every case the unit came from the seller’s price line rather than their dose line — a bare “250 mg” beside a figure printed as a price per infusion tells you what the 250 milligrams belong to, and the dose line alone does not.

It is worth saying out loud because it is the one place where a reader recounting this page against the board would find a mismatch and be right to. The shape ruling is about the dose line and nothing else; whether a price could be divided was decided over the whole record.
How to read one yourself
Three questions, in order, get you there or tell you it cannot be done.
- Does the line give a milligram figure at all? If it gives millilitres only — “10 ml vial”, “3-month 2.5mL plan” — stop. Volume is not dose without a strength.
- Does it say what the figure is a quantity of? A vial, a bottle, a month, a kit. If it does not, a bare milligram number cannot be attached to the price: it might be one dose out of thirty.
- Is it one figure, not a span or a ceiling? “Up to 1600 mg” and “500mg-1000mg” are two different purchases wearing one label, and picking the flattering end is how a cost per milligram gets manufactured.
Where the line gives a strength and a volume — “200mg/ml, 10ml vial” — the total is one multiplication and the calculator will do it and print the working. It carries no paid links at all.
