Ranked by the one number that is comparable across routes: what a milligram costs once the published price is divided by the milligrams it buys. The ordering is arithmetic, not an opinion, and the arithmetic is printed with it.
This is not a “cheapest provider” claim. Every price here was read by hand from a named page on a named date rather than parsed out of free text, and any provider that does not publish enough to divide is left out of the ranking instead of being estimated into it — today that excludes none of them.
