A cost per milligram is a finance number. It says what a milligram costs and nothing else — not whether that milligram does anything, not whether it is safe for you, not whether the route it arrives by is appropriate, and not whether a cheaper milligram is a better one. Reading a lower figure on this site as a reason to choose a product would be reading it for something it does not say.
