1. Acceptance
By using nadcost.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
2. Description of service
nadcost.com publishes pricing arithmetic: it takes prices that sellers publish and divides them by the quantity those prices buy, so that offers quoted on different bases can be compared. It also provides a calculator that performs the same division on figures you enter yourself. The site sells nothing and provides no clinical service of any kind.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here is a recommendation to take any substance or to use any provider. A cost per milligram is a finance number, not a clinical one: a lower price per milligram says nothing about whether a product is appropriate, effective or safe for you. 4. User conduct
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The text, tables, calculations and design of this site belong to its publisher. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale.
6. Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on this site are paid: if you follow one and sign up, the site may be paid a commission by that provider. Those links are marked wherever they appear, and the marking sits next to the link itself rather than once at the bottom of a page. The calculator at /tools/nad-cost-per-mg carries no paid links at all, and a build check fails if one is ever added. Payment does not buy a position, a score or a favourable description. 7. Third-party links and providers
Links leave this site and land on pages we do not control. We are not responsible for what those pages say, what they charge, what they ship or how they treat your data. Prices on this site were read on the dates shown and may have changed since; the seller’s own page is always the authority on its own price.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Arithmetic published here is only as good as the figures it was performed on, and those figures are read from third-party pages that change.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher of this site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher of this site from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
Access to the site may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice.
12. Changes
These Terms may change. The date at the top of this page records when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the publisher concerning the site.
