1. Acceptance

By using nadcost.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. They apply to every page here, to the calculators, and to any link you follow out of the site, and they apply however you arrived — from a search result, from someone else’s link, or from a machine reading the pages.

The site is written for adults in the United States who are old enough to enter an agreement where they live. Nothing here is offered to a child, and nothing here is an offer to sell anything to anyone. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization as well as for yourself.

2. Description of service

nadcost.com publishes pricing arithmetic: it takes prices that sellers publish and divides them by the quantity those prices buy, so that offers quoted on different bases can be compared. It also provides a calculator that performs the same division on figures you enter yourself. The site sells nothing and provides no clinical service of any kind.

What that makes it, and what it does not. This site is a published set of readings and divisions. It is not a pharmacy, a clinic, a telehealth provider, a prescriber, an insurer, a broker or an agent for anyone. It takes no orders, ships nothing, holds no inventory and dispenses nothing. It does not verify a seller’s licensure, its sourcing, its clinical practice or its compliance with any law, and nothing on a page here should be read as a certification that a seller is any of those things. Prices are read from the sellers’ own pages on a stated date, and the date sits beside the figure throughout.

The site may change, add, reprice or remove any page, board, calculator or seller at any time, and no part of it is promised to remain available.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here is a recommendation to take any substance or to use any provider. A cost per milligram is a finance number, not a clinical one: a lower price per milligram says nothing about whether a product is appropriate, effective or safe for you. Talk to a licensed clinician about anything you intend to take. See our medical disclaimer.

Using this site creates no relationship of any professional kind, medical or otherwise, and nothing here should delay or replace a conversation with someone qualified to have it. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. User conduct

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

More specifically, and without limiting that: do not try to gain access to any part of the site, its host or its logs that is not public; do not probe, scan or test its defenses; do not introduce malicious code; do not impersonate the site or anyone connected with it; do not strip, alter or obscure a disclosure, a date or an attribution that appears beside a figure; do not use the site to build a competing price index by wholesale copying; and do not use it in any way that breaks a law where you are.

5. Intellectual property

The text, tables, calculations and design of this site belong to its publisher. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale.

A short quotation with a link is welcome and needs no permission. Copying a board, a table or a page, or reproducing enough of the arithmetic that a reader need not come here, is not a quotation. Nothing on this page grants a license to any mark, name or logo.

Third-party names and marks appear here to identify the sellers whose prices are being read. They belong to their owners, their use here is nominative, and it implies no endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship in either direction. See our trademarks page. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to the address in section 15 and say what and where; material that infringes will be removed.

6. Affiliate links and advertising

Some links on this site may be affiliate links: if you follow such a link and sign up, the site may be paid a commission by that provider. A paid link carries a “Verified partner” badge beside it, at every position on a ranked list rather than only next to the winner, and a disclosure appears in the footer of every page. The calculator at /tools/nad-cost-per-mg carries no paid links at all, and a build check fails if one is ever added. Payment does not buy a position on a board ranked by cost per milligram, a score or a favorable description. It does list a partner first in the seller index, and only partners appear in the partner cards (in the side rail and above the lowest-cost board) and in the box that can open when you follow a link to a seller that does not pay us. A commission costs you nothing: the price a seller charges is the price on its own page, whether you reach it from here or type it in yourself. A commercial relationship can start or end without notice, so the badge beside a link, and not this paragraph, is what tells you whether a particular link is paid today.

7. Third-party links and providers

Links leave this site and land on pages we do not control. We are not responsible for what those pages say, what they charge, what they ship or how they treat your data. Prices on this site were read on the dates shown and may have changed since; the seller’s own page is always the authority on its own price.

Anything you do once you leave — an account, an intake form, a consultation, a purchase, a subscription, a cancellation or a dispute — is between you and that company, under its terms and its privacy policy. We are not a party to it, we take no fee from you for it, and we cannot cancel, refund or escalate anything on your behalf. Read what you are agreeing to before you pay, and check the price on the seller’s own page against the figure you brought from here.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Arithmetic published here is only as good as the figures it was performed on, and those figures are read from third-party pages that change.

Nothing is warranted to be accurate, current, complete or uninterrupted, and no advice or information you get from this site creates a warranty that is not stated here. A reading goes out of date the moment a seller edits its page, and a seller can price a page one way for one visitor and another way for the next. Where the site cannot divide a figure honestly, it says so and leaves the row out rather than estimating one in, which means an absence here is a statement about what a seller published, not about what it charges. If a figure on this site is wrong, tell us and it will be corrected; that is the remedy this site can actually give.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher of this site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it.

That limit covers, among other things, what you paid a seller, what a seller did or failed to do, a price that had moved by the time you got there, and a decision you made with a figure from this site in front of you. Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the publisher for every claim taken together will not exceed one hundred United States dollars. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section and of section 8 may not apply to you; where that is so, they apply as far as that state’s law allows and the rest of these Terms stand.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher of this site from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

That includes reasonable legal fees, and it includes a claim arising out of anything you publish, copy or republish from here. The publisher may take over the defense of any matter you are indemnifying, and you agree not to settle one in a way that admits anything on the publisher’s behalf without its written agreement.

11. Termination

Access to the site may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice.

You can end this agreement whenever you like by not using the site. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14 survive the end of it, however it ends.

12. Changes

These Terms may change. The date at the top of this page records when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

There is no account here, so there is nobody to email about a revision; the current version is always the one on this page, and reading it is how you find out what it says. A change applies from the day it is published and does not reach back over anything that happened before.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.

You and the publisher each waive any objection to that venue on grounds of inconvenience. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, where the law that applies allows a limit that short, and each party brings a claim on its own behalf rather than as a member of a class, to the extent the law where you live allows that.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the publisher concerning the site.

An unenforceable provision is read as narrowly as it needs to be to become enforceable, and only removed if it cannot be. The publisher may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without its written agreement. Nothing here makes either of us the other’s agent, partner or employee, and nothing here gives a right to anybody who is not a party to it. The section headings are there to be read, not to be argued from. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside its reasonable control. These Terms are written and agreed in English.
