Enhance MD's public NAD+ page lists the one-month injection option at $199/mo, billed every four weeks. Its $169/mo injection tier is labeled 12-month and billed every 48 weeks. Wafers have a separate price ladder. The page includes injection supplies, monthly check-ins, provider messaging and lab tracking, but does not establish a total milligram quantity or a complete prepaid checkout charge. These October observations supplement the September 2026 price records below; they do not change those historical dates.
The terms say subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next cycle and leave full payment terms to checkout. The general FAQ permits pausing or canceling through support, but the public pages checked did not resolve an early-exit refund for a longer prepaid plan. Pharmacy names also differ: the FAQ lists Tru Meds Rx, Strive and Pharmacy Hub; the terms list Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx. Confirm your actual dispensing pharmacy, state eligibility and unused-balance terms before paying. Email and phone support are available through the provider.
