LaSara publishes the strength and size of its NAD+ injection vial: 200 mg/mL in 10 mL, or 2,000 mg total. It describes a subcutaneous product and two example protocols that use the vial over different lengths of time. Those are the seller’s examples, not a dosing recommendation from nadcost. Pair any quote with your prescribed quantity and refill schedule rather than assuming one vial always represents one month.
The current product page does not give one consistent price. It shows $248 subscription options, including a two-month option labeled $124/mo; a separate plan block lists $150, $275 and $375 for one, two and three months; and the footer still says $225 for a monthly subscription. The page does not clearly connect every price block to a supplied vial count. Ask for a written quote identifying the product, quantity, payment total and renewal interval before choosing a plan.
LaSara offers a free consultation and says you can pause or cancel anytime. The public terms checked do not establish a cancellation deadline, prepaid refund calculation or refund if treatment is declined. Its contact page names Tailor Made Compounding, Belmar Pharmacy and University Compounding Pharmacy as partners; that does not establish which fills an individual NAD+ prescription.
