The short answer

Compare the full plan cost, including any membership fee, against the actual quantity prescribed.1, 2, 3

Injection and nasal medication prices

EverPrime offers prescription NAD+ injections and nasal spray. Its one-month medication prices are $180 standard or $115 for members for injections, and $169 standard or $119 for members for nasal spray. Lower advertised monthly rates require longer terms. Neither page states the supplied milligrams, so these prices cannot support a cost-per-milligram comparison.1, 2

Membership and the full charge

Membership costs extra: Core is advertised at $99 per month and Peak at $199 per month. Medications are separate, and the membership page says membership and treatment plans are paid upfront. Its provider-visit wording differs between the benefits section and comparison table. Ask for the complete charge, included visits, commitment and renewal schedule for your selected plan.3

Core is advertised at $99 per month and Peak at $199 per month, with medication separate. The Core comparison says cancel anytime; Peak describes a three-month commitment. The membership page’s visit benefits and comparison table give different impressions of what is included. Confirm which clinician and nutrition visits carry a separate charge for your selected plan.3

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

EverPrime’s terms say subscriptions renew automatically. Its shipping policy requests notice 24 hours before the next billing date and says an order cannot be canceled or refunded after pharmacy preparation begins. The membership page also describes prepaid payments as non-refundable, while shipping promises a full refund if treatment is unsuitable. Confirm how those rules apply to each charge before paying.3, 4, 5

  • What is charged today, what renews automatically, and on which date?
  • When does pharmacy preparation begin, and how must cancellation be requested?
  • If treatment is declined, which medication, membership and consultation charges are refunded?

Get those answers before paying. An advertised monthly rate alone does not settle the refund treatment of a prepaid plan.

Clinical care, availability and delivery

The product pages warn that availability varies by state. Licensed providers determine eligibility; the terms list independent medical groups and several pharmacy partners without assigning your NAD+ prescription to one facility. Confirm your address, actual dispensing pharmacy, product quantity and storage instructions.1, 2, 4, 6

This is a review of public purchasing information, not a firsthand treatment test. EverPrime’s terms distinguish the platform from the independent clinicians who make medical decisions. Named pharmacy partners do not establish which pharmacy will fill your own prescription or verify its quality independently.4

Two-day priority shipping is described as included after dispatch, with review, any required visits or labs, and pharmacy preparation taking additional time. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries should be reported within 48 hours with photos; replacements need pharmacy and provider approval. Prescription products cannot be returned.5

Compare your complete quote

Keep the product route, supplied quantity and billing term consistent. Our cost-per-milligram calculator can compare a written quote once the total milligrams are confirmed. The monthly versus four-week billing guide explains why similar monthly labels can lead to different annual charges.

Read the separate Enhance.MD review for that brand’s own published terms; do not assume its prices or supply apply to EverPrime. The bmiMD review offers another provider comparison. Match each complete quote to the same route and quantity before judging price.
