Sprout's public NAD+ page advertises $199 for the first month, then $249 every four weeks. It describes 1,000 mg per 5 mL vial, included home supplies, clinician access and free shipping. The listed vial content does not explicitly establish the number of vials in each renewal. The page excludes NAD+ shipping to Arkansas, Kansas and New Mexico. These are terms checked in October; the separate price records below retain their September 2026 capture dates.
Sprout's refund policy, dated October 2026, requires a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Shipment-delay requests need five business days' notice before the scheduled ship date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not undo an order sent to the pharmacy. The policy describes refunds for unshipped months of prepaid plans; confirm how that applies to your order. Ask which pharmacy will dispense your prescription and how many vials each charge covers.
