bmiMD offers NAD+ injections and nasal spray at the same four subscription terms shown above. The crossed-out $198.90 monthly figure and its multiplied totals are comparison prices, not extra plans. The lower monthly rates require larger prepaid commitments. The product pages include shipping, a provider visit and messaging, but do not establish the total milligrams supplied. Confirm the quantity and installment schedule before comparing value.
Availability differs by product: the injection page excludes California and South Carolina, while the nasal page lists all 50 states. Neither page checked names the pharmacy that would fill your prescription. Ask for its name and your prescription details before proceeding.
The cancellation terms deserve a close read. The main policy requires cancellation at least seven days before renewal and says a $100 fee applies after you submit an intake; the help article places that $100 fee after provider approval. Both describe an authorization hold before approval and final sales once pharmacy processing starts. Prepaid plans generally continue through their term; turning off renewal does not create a refund for unused months. Ask support which fee cutoff applies to your order before submitting an intake.
