Annual plan cost calculator
Monthly and every four weeks are different prices. Put your full recurring charge on the same calendar before comparing plans.
Enter a full charge to estimate the recurring annual budget.
What the estimate includes
The calculator annualizes a repeating price using 12 calendar months, four quarters, one year, or 365.25 ÷ 28 = 13.04 four-week cycles. An average year smooths leap years; it does not count actual charges between two dates. At $100 per cycle, calendar-month billing annualizes to $1,200 while four-week billing annualizes to $1,304.46.
Enter the full amount charged each cycle. If a seller advertises $100 per month but takes $300 every three months, enter $300 and select every three calendar months. Include recurring mandatory fees when you know them. Treat an introductory discount separately.
Compare payment and supply separately
This estimate does not establish how much medication you receive, how many shipments arrive, or what cancellation costs. Read the monthly versus four-week billing guide, then use the cost per milligram calculator when the supplied quantity is confirmed.
